Being on the air with Jefferson Smith was an experience and a half. Jefferson is basically PDX election reform royalty, having co-founded the Bus Project which paved the way for Motor Voter Registration. He started out a bit foggy on the details of STAR Voting, but by the end of the interview hopefully we had him about ready to get on the bus.
